My stay at the hotel was wonderful overall! The rooms were spacious, clean, and really comfortable. The service was top-notch with staff being so welcoming and accommodating. I was disappointed that despite booking well in advance, I got a room near the elevators on the 4th floor instead of a high floor away from the noise. The location was decent but not exceptional, a bit far from SM Megamall, yet convenient for accessing nearby malls, churches, and clinics. The dining options had a good variety, although the taste was too salty, and there were limitations with the service when it came to accommodating a baby wanting ice cream before heading back to the room. The hotel gave us a room beside the elevators on the 4th floor, even though we had requested a high floor away from elevators when booking two months in advance. The room, although a bit small for our three huge luggages, had great views of the pool and the city. The breakfast items were not cooked correctly due to the high volume of guests, making it a very poor overall experience.
