My stay at the hotel was wonderful overall! The rooms were spacious, clean, and really comfortable. The service was top-notch with staff being so welcoming and accommodating. The location was superb, just a stone's throw away from major malls, making it super convenient. The dining experience was fantastic with a wide variety of delicious food. However, some areas could use a bit of improvement.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, offering a nice view of the pool side, although there was a weird smell. The hotel provided various services like room service and car hire, and the staff were accommodating and friendly, particularly Kevin at the front desk and Michael. The location was convenient, being close to malls, with plenty of dining options around. The dining experience was delightful, especially the free breakfast with a delicious selection of Filipino cuisine. Overall, a good value for the money.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms, although overlooking the gardens and pool, felt a bit outdated compared to others. I was disappointed that despite booking well in advance, I got a room near the elevators on the 4th floor instead of a high floor away from the noise. The service was polite, but I felt there should be more staff at the food stations. The location was decent but not exceptional, a bit far from SM Megamall, yet convenient for accessing nearby malls, churches, and clinics. The dining options had a good variety, although the taste was too salty, and there were limitations with the service when it came to accommodating a baby wanting ice cream before heading back to the room. The facilities were satisfactory, offering a range of services, but there were areas that needed improvement.

The hotel gave us a room beside the elevators on the 4th floor, even though we had requested a high floor away from elevators when booking two months in advance. The room, although a bit small for our three huge luggages, had great views of the pool and the city. However, it was quite dirty and we struggled with other guests taking up more space than needed, affecting our seating experience. The breakfast items were not cooked correctly due to the high volume of guests, making it a very poor overall experience.

I was thrilled with my stay at the hotel. The room was incredibly comfortable, and I enjoyed complimentary services such as access to the Horizon Club Lounge, high tea, breakfast buffet at Heat, and a late check-out. There were minor issues with the key card, but nothing to worry about.
